BIM collaborative design and ACC based site supervision 

Beyond the actual design process using Revit as BIM software , which has been standard practice for many years, we have also integrated tools into our projects that support not only interdisciplinary coordination but also effective communication with the construction site, procurement teams, and project stakeholders. In this way, we have become familiar with:

• ACC based, real time, on-line issues and reviews management in coordination with all project designers and contractors
• Direct coordination and reporting for all specialities using both 3d model and 2d project files
• Integration of new technologies in surveying, site measurements and as-built documentation, such as point clouds and digital twins
• Integration of Revit-generated schedules with cost planning workflows
• Implementing effective time management strategies with the support of specialized software tools
