One of the most uncommon structures we designed was a protective magazine for explosive storage. It was engineered to withstand a blast pressure of 7 bar. Some of the main technical challenges were:

• Calculation of safety distances based on different load capacities, taking into account both the military base facilities and the surrounding civilian areas. This was carried out in accordance with both local and NATO regulations.
• Site safety measures, earth barriers and fencing
• Spark-proof, conductive, and antistatic finishes and construction elements
• Fire safety measures
